Creating PDF using LC DS

Very handy, but a relatively undiscovered capability in LC DS. Did you know you can create a PDF at run-time from data in your Flex application using LC DS? Check out this video (on Adobe TV) for more information.

Has anyone used this capability in LC DS? I would love to hear your experience.
